HI, I’M MIKKYLA (MI-KEY-LA).

While I spend my free time exploring all types of data, I have a specific interest in human capital/people/HR analytics - leveraging data and analytics to impact talent acquisition, DE&I, workforce planning, attrition, and retention. Specifically, my passion area is talent intelligence/analytics - using data to drive an organization’s hiring, talent management, and workforce planning strategy.

Outside of work, I’m my family historian. I’ve been actively researching and building out our family tree for the past few years. I’m a novice acrylic painter, astronomy and astrophotography enthusiast, an avid reader and traveler, a questionably decent cyclist (a much better kick-boxer), an active volunteer, and the favorite aunt. I start each morning off with a crossword puzzle and I like to take my kitten Marlon on hikes!
